How inquiry information is handled.

This notice describes how information submitted through the website inquiry channels is handled.

Information you send

An inquiry may include your name, email address, company, location, product requirements, quantity, message, attachments, and normal email metadata.

Purpose

Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your request, clarify technical or commercial requirements, prevent abuse, and maintain operational security.

Delivery providers

Direct email to the published contact address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing. The website form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting, then Resend to deliver the same inquiry information to that address.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information stays in the receiving mailbox. Use the published contact address for any question about your inquiry. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, or controlled technical information unless an approved channel has been agreed.
