Black hollow section carbon steel Q235 square tube or pipe is produced by cold-forming and welding hot-rolled, cold-rolled, pre-galvanized, or stainless steel strip. To form square steel profiles, a suitable mother tube—a round steel tube—is first formed. Rollers used on the round tube gradually press it into a square hollow section. This is all completed inline. Square and rectangular steel tubes offer the advantage of high structural rigidity.
