Bright-annealed (BA) stainless steel tube undergoes annealing under hydrogen atmosphere or vacuum, producing an oxidation-resistant surface with high smoothness. With internal surface roughness Ra < 0.4μm and external roughness Ra < 0.6μm, it is a proven tubing solution for ultra-pure and specialty gas piping systems, widely used in optoelectronics, semiconductors, solar chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food industries. BA tubing also serves as the substrate for EP tubes.
