Welding: INCOLOY alloy 800 can be welded using common welding techniques with matching filler metals.
Forming: The alloy has good ductility, so it can be formed using conventional methods.
Hot working: INCOLOY 800 alloy can be hot worked in the temperature range of 871-1232°C (1600-2250°F).
Cold working: Standard tooling can be used to cold work the alloy.
Annealing: INCOLOY 800 alloy can be annealed after cold working. The annealing temperature should be 982°C (1800°F) for 15 minutes, followed by air cooling.

The transport plan is assessed against destination, cargo volume, dimensions, loading limits and trade terms. Container, consolidated or break-bulk options are confirmed after the destination port and carrier conditions are reviewed.
